Do the capsules have an expiry date? Just like a juice box or apple sauce, the capsules are shelf stable. They will not have an expiry date but will have a best before date. This date will be about 6 months after they are packaged and we would recommend that they are consumed before then.

You can refrigerate the capsules to extend their life by two months beyond the package date, or freeze for up to 12 months.

To keep the Bartesian magic alive, it's paramount to keep it running smooth with frequent cleanings. After every pour, discard the co*cktail capsule. The machine self-cleans after every pour, but I also like to gently wipe the capsule holder with a damp cloth after a few uses.
