CrossFINAL JUDGMENTANDDECREE OF DIVORCEThis cause came before the Court on the 17th day of October, 2013 onthe Complaint of the Plaintiff dated June 14, 2013; and the Court, being fully advised inthe premises, finds that the Defendant has been duly served with summons and a copyof the Complaint as required by law and rules of Court, which service is herebyapproved, and the Court has jurisdiction of the Cause of this Action and the partieshereto.That the Defendant has due and legal notice of the Complaint in thependency of the proceedings herein; andThe Court further finds that Defendant is in default of Answer orappearance, and therefore, admits the allegations of the Plaintiffs Complaint to be true;andThe Court further finds that the Plaintiff has been a bona fide resident ofthe State of Ohio for more than six (6) months and a resident of the County ofMontgomery for more than ninety (90) days prior to the commencement of this action.The Court further finds that the Plaintiff and Defendant were married atDayton, OH, on October 19, 2008; and that there has been no children born as issue ofsaid marriage.The Court further finds that the the parties have been living separate andapart continuously for one (1) years or more as alleged in the Complaint, by reason ofwhich the Plaintiff is entitled to a Divorce from the Defendant.IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by theCourt that the marriage contract heretofore existing between Plaintiff and Defendant be,and is hereby dissolved and held for naught, and both parties are hereby released fromthe obligation of the same. Plaintiff is therefore awarded a JUDGMENT AND FINALDECREE OF DIVORCE.Spousal SupportIT IS ORDERED by the court that no spousal support shall be paid byeither party and further this court shall not retain jurisdiction in this matter.The Court further finds that the social security numbers of the Plaintiff andDefendant are as follows: Plaintiff, social security number ZZ andDefendant, social security number =.The Court further finds that the date of birth of the Plaintiff is 07-20-87 andthe date of birth of the Defendant is 03-04-69.Personal PropertyIT IS ORDERED by the Court that each party shall keep and retain as hisor her own separate property any items of personalty and/or furniture now in his or herpossession.Real EstateIT IS ORDERED by the Court that the parties have no interest in any realproperty either together or separately.Debt AllocationIT {S ORDERED by the Court that the Defendant shall be responsible forany and all debts incurred in his name alone and shall hold Plaintiff harmless on anyliability or claim thereon.
