Soup’s the seasoning and the smooth cream gravy in this delicious classic Glori-fried chicken recipe.
Glori-fried chicken with gravy
Yield: 6 servings
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 45 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour
Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken parts
- 2 tablespoons shortening
- 1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken soup (or Cream of Celery, Cheddar Cheese or Cream of Mushroom soup)
Instructions
- In skillet, brown chicken in shortening.
- Pour off drippings.
- Stir in soup.
- Cover; Cook over low heat for 45 minutes.
- Stir now and then.
- Uncover; cook until desired consistency.
