I would agree except for enderman b/c All you need from it is the crit dmg and commons are easier to lvl up

Flying fish can be obtained as rare and Epic as Well. Dont know If it can be lower rarities.
For Chicken i would say only legendary is really good. The eggstra ability seems nice but No one will sit there Killing chickens to get a Couple More eggs. But the increased Speed from legendary Chicken per is really great and only need you to be in your Island to Work.

Enderman is trash unless you have the legendary version. The 3rd ability is all it is used for and other pets have better offensive stats.

Wither skeleton pet doesn't suck, it's just not useful at the moment. When a wither boss/skeleton enemies are added, it'll be stronger.

Legendary Lion though... hmm.

+50 strength
+25 speed (hehe, hell yeah)
+20 weapon damage
+50% damage on first strikes
+30% damage to mobs below level 80

I don't know if I'm wrong to say this, but these buffs for 15m coins is incredibly good. This may even be better than Tiger, as permanent buffs are generally better than chance-to-do-extra-damage buffs.

Unless you really want a collection in farming collection, rare is the way to go. Only costing 64 NONENCHANTED raw rabbit, its very easy to get this and it gives farming xp boost
Very hard, since dungeons is not out yet

Its super easy to make and its legendary ability is complete **** so its only worth for mining xp boost
