I did a Brazilian…HANDS DOWN BEST FACILITY SINCE IVE STARTED WAXING AND IM FROM HARLEM NYC. I have been blessed to travel for a living, I have ben waxed in CA, NY, NJ and ATL again best experience and with a Brazilian you got stomach and inner thighs included. NEVER HAPPEND before. I would have to ask for that service and be charged extra. My Esthetician was Summer she is very knowledgeable of her craft and products to be used to keep bikini area looking amazing!!!!!! GREAT SERVICE I STRONGLY RECOMMEND

I had an eyebrow, lip and face wax at the Rice Village location and was left with burn marks and red scaly patches on my face 48 hours later. Very disappointed.

I just start coming to this establishment and both appointments have been great. Katherine was very professional and made me feel comfortable. I received services,full leg wax,underarms,bikini line wax. I like the fact that soft wax was used. The Service wasn’t painful or uncomfortable.I would recommend the Rice location to tryout.

I got my first wax. Great experience. Bridget was really thorough in explaining the process and made me fell comfortable and not pressured. I’m so grateful. Def recommend Bridget if it’s your first time. Afterwards she explained how to care for my skin after waxing . Which is super important people glad I came here ❤️

I usually have a good experience here, but the person waxing me my last appointment made everything unpleasant. I did a combo special of half leg and Brazilian. I am on my phone trying to listen to music to relax and the waxer says “I’m going to talk to you this whole time.” I’m not in the mood for all this interaction… but not to be rude, I go along with it. When asked about the which part of the leg waxing I tell her I just want the calves waxed. She asks how high up on the leg and I literally point to her from the knee down, yet she manages to go 2-3 inches up on thigh with the wax, because she is so busy running her mouth. Then tells me, she thought she was doing customers a favor by going that high. But not everyone is the same….. Anyways that experience was very irritating as I am the one paying for the services. It’s my body and it’s my own discretion as to which parts I want waxed or not waxed. Not sure if I’ll come back after this ordeal.

The person who did the service for me was Bridget. She is THE BEST. I have been to other waxing parlours and big chains in houston, one particular place(i dont want to mention the business’s name) was a huge disappointment for me. The staffs were rude, they always leave hair behind and give lame reasons like “it’s been only 5 weeks for hair growth”. I always ended up in that place ONLY WHEN PRETTY KITTY DOSENT HAVE a FREE SLOT. That’s how much I LOVE pretty kitty. And a special mention for Bridget❤️. It was only 3 weeks of hair growth, since my previous appointment, but Bridget used two kind of waxes and sent me home clean. I NEVER had to once tell her “ hey, i can see hair here, i can see a lot of hair there, you missed this spot”. And she also went ahead one step, and advised me on after care. I hope God blesses Bridget abundantly, since she her job from her heart. I can surely say she is an asset for pretty kitty waxing parlour. Pretty Kitty has never disappointed me. I really love this place, as a busy mom of 2 small children who has many jobs I am crunched for time and I am always in and out of Pretty Kitty within 20 mins! The wax they use here is the best I’ve come by and I have tried many waxes! The ladies here are always attentive and very friendly and insightful and answer any questions I ever have! If they are in a service they always put a sign up letting you know to have a seat and they will be out shortly, which is appreciated. Also, they are in the top waxing salons in Houston and located in a very busy area, please call ahead to book your appointments. This place is busy because it is the best! I absolutely love The Pretty Kitty !
