WWE and 2K Sports have once again collaborated to bring another addition to the WWE 2K series, with the latest title, WWE 2K23, hitting shelves and consoles everywhere on March 17, 2023.
The sports entertainment giant boasts an incredibly expansive game roster, with more than 175 athletes including the Raw, SmackDown and NXT, as well as legends and Hall Of Famers. While there are some several compelling wrestler entrances in WWE 2K23 that show off their star's charisma, personality and unique quirks, there are a number of standouts that do their real-life personas justice.
10 The New Day
The New Day attribute their ongoing popularity among audiences young and old to their fun demeanor and knack for practical jokes. WWE 2K23 does not stray from this formula in the development of the much-loved group's dance to the ring.

Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods are featured with some unique props in their entrance. Kingston carries a plate of pancakes that he throws into the audience, and Woods enters with his trombone. The addition of the props adds the light and fun touch to their performance that fans have grown accustomed to. The cinematic concludes with Woods playing his trombone to rhythm of the crowd chanting "New...Day Rocks!"
9 Rhea Ripley
The 2023 Women's Royal Rumble winner has been a problem in the women's division and a nuisance for the men's division as a member of "The Judgment Day." She will look to cement her place as the cream of the crop when she challenges Charlotte Flair for the SmackDown Women's Title at WrestleMania 39.
Her entrance in the game showcases her intimidating and dark presence, as well as her unyielding confidence that has seen the Australian rise to stardom. Her appearance features a fittingly dark color scheme, and climaxes with her signature high foot stomp, resulting in an explosion behind her. The gradual improvements of the WWE 2K titles are on display as fans experience Ripley's cold, dark stare that has sent shivers down the spine of many adversaries.
8 Katana Chance and Kayden Carter
The former NXT Women's Tag Team Champions boast the longest record in the brand's history, and they did so in a reign that was packed full of chemistry and seamless team wrestling between the two young stars.
Their entrance is the most energetic in WWE 2K23, with the hip-shakers brandishing their smoke cannons and dancing their way to the ring. The clip comes to a conclusion with Kayden Carter laying in her routine pose, as Katana Chance continues shaking her hips behind her. The footage showcases the infectious energy of the "Spitfire Sisters" and will have gamers fighting the urge to dance along.
7 Karrion Kross
While many wrestling fans are wondering if Karrion Kross will fulfill his potential in WWE after a successful run in NXT, there is no denying the grandeur of his entrance in WWE 2K23. Accompanied by Scarlett, fans are treated to a sensory experience whenever Kross enters the ring to cut a promotion or compete in a bout.
The entrance opens with Karrion's signature black and white filter and flying raven in the background, from which Scarlett leads her client down the ramp towards the ring. Players witness Scarlett reciting the lyrics to the theme song as she performs her ritualistic movements, which climaxes into a smooth camera transition to Kross. The color returns to the screen as Kross beats his chest to the rhythm of the song, the fog ascending and lights flashing in unison. The color and lighting elements do justice to the live experience the pair produce on a regular basis.
6 Asuka
The "Empress of Tomorrow" is not known for her skills on the microphone, but she makes up for that with her swagger and physical charisma. She is one of the top-rated female superstars in the game and excels at providing a character that the fans respond to through her unique dance-like movements, facial expressions and unorthodox offensive style.

Asuka's entrance in WWE 2K23 epitomizes her charisma, as she waltzes along the ramp in a white mask and signature robe that dazzles in a variety of colors. The game nails her signature smirk as she removes her mask.
5 Hulk Hogan
Despite having retired from wrestling in 2012, HulkaMania still runs wild. The "Hulkster" performed for his adoring fans from the 80s in a career that lasted decades, leaving behind an immortal wrestling legacy.
Hulk Hogan's entrance in WWE 2K23 is everything that wrestling fans loved about the man himself and the era when he was the company's #1 guy, which is evident by his high rating. Adorned in his signature red and yellow colors and marching the tune to his timeless song "Real American," Hogan's trip to the ring is a Hulk-sized dose of nostalgia. Capped with his signature hand-to-ear pose and classic shirt-ripping, this entrance is undoubtedly a fan-favorite.
4 Cody Rhodes (WrestleMania)
WrestleMania 38 produced a plethora of memorable moments, but perhaps the most talked about was the surprise return of Cody Rhodes. The son of Hall of Famer Dusty Rhodes, Cody made an unforgettable entrance to surprise Seth Rollins in their bout.
Players can relive this iconic WrestleMania moment as Rhodes' "Codyvator" entrance will be available in the game. The entrance features the lights going out, Cody's famous line, "Wrestling has more than one royal family," and his hit entrance song blasting to the adoring crowd. The camera angle mimics the fabled reveal as Cody arises from beneath the stage and walks down the aisle in a crescendo of pyrotechnics.
3 Gunther (Special)
For those who did not follow Gunther's dominance through the men's division of NXT, the "Ring General" has been a fresh, exciting talent that has had eyes glued to screens. With his faction, "Imperium," Gunther has spent his tenure on the main roster demanding respect for the sacred sport of professional wrestling and has showcased an endless supply of technical in-ring weapons.
The "Ring General" is featured in 3 entrances, two as a solo performer and one with his group. However, his special entrance is more memorable, paying homage to his initial introduction to the mainstream viewer. The entrance opens with his protégé Ludwig Kaiser promoting Gunther's prowess in the ring, before the man himself marches down the ring. Gunther gives off a powerful presence in the WWE ring, which is done justice in his video game representation.
2 Goldberg
WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg is remembered for his non-stop offense, outrageous power, and unrelenting control in the ring. Outside the ring, the wrestling legend is also remembered for his iconic entrance. Starting from his locker room door, he would be led by his security entourage to the ring as the crowd slowly chants his name.

Goldberg's entrance is a representation of the performer. Draped in sparks and smoke, the master of the spear wows the audience with a barrage of punches and kicks in tune with an explosive pyrotechnic display, capped off with his signature war-cry. WWE 2K23 perfectly captures the aura of invincibility that was Bill Goldberg.
1 The Bloodline
Wrestling fans anticipate a dramatic climax in the Bloodline story at WrestleMania 39 that could spell a new level of dominance for the "Tribal Chief" and his family, or the beginning of the end of their bond. Regardless of the outcome, there is no mistaking that the Bloodline have established themselves as one of the most dominant factions in WWE history. Headed by Roman Reigns, the Bloodline demand respect and acknowledgment in their slow, methodical trip to the ring.
The entrance features Reigns, the "Wiseman" Paul Heyman, and the longest reigning WWE Tag Team Champions in history, the Usos. The air of dominance is evident through the mixture of their signature authoritative music, bright pyrotechnics and the raising of the "ones" to the air in unison. Heyman's hands together and head bow empahsises Reigns' position as WWE's "Head of the Table."
